What I do with what you send me.

If you fill in the enquiry form, I collect your name, your email address, your company if you give one, and whatever you write about the project. If you email me directly I collect whatever is in the email.

It goes to my inbox so I can reply to you. That’s the only reason I hold it. I don’t sell it, I don’t share it with anyone, and I don’t add you to a mailing list or any kind of marketing.

I keep enquiries for two years so I can pick up a conversation that goes quiet and comes back. After that I delete them. If we end up working together, the project correspondence is kept for six years, because HMRC requires business records to be retained that long.

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it, and I’ll do it. Email hello@lukejordanpotts.com and it’ll be done within a month, usually the same week.
